Step 1: Sign In to Attentive AI’s Automeasure platform.
Begin by signing into your Attentive AI account.
Step 2: Enter Your Property Address
Type the property address you wish to measure in the search bar.
As you type, a dropdown menu will appear with address suggestions. Select the correct address from this list.
Step 3: Review the Property Preview
Once you've selected an address, Attentive AI will search for the property in its database.
You'll be presented with a preview of the property, including a predefined lot boundary that encloses the area to be measured.
Step 4: Select the Report Type
Choose the type of report you need for your measurement. This could be based on the specific requirements of your project be it landscaping + snow, paving, etc.
Step 5: Add Instructions
Here, you can add Homeowners Association (HOA) specific instructions or any custom instructions you might have for the AI to follow during the measurement process.
Step 6: Confirm Lot Boundary and Review Takeoff Details
Check the lot area price and the estimated processing time displayed at the bottom left of the screen.
Click on "Confirm Lot Boundary and Review Takeoff" to proceed.
Step 7: Final Review
Give a final glance over the instructions and details you've provided to ensure everything is accurate.
Step 8: Submit Your Takeoff
Now, submit your takeoff request. Automeasure will process the measurement based on the instructions and details you've provided.
