Software Engineer-II (Flutter)

Position Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with excellent design, hands on development & technical skills along with good interpersonal skills, capable of working in highly critical transformation projects. We expect you to be passionate about code writing, solving technical errors and taking up full ownership of app development at Attentive. As a Flutter Developer, you will be involved in brainstorming, designing, developing, and delivering applications for IOS & android. You will work alongside a team of backend developers, as well as UI designers to ensure you create high-performing applications with a smooth user experience.



Responsibilities

Write scalable, efficient and maintainable code
Develop and ship stable apps for Android/ iOS devices from single Flutter codebase
Participate and contribute in system design and architecture discussions
You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.
Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members and perform code reviews
Take full ownership of assigned modules and ensure product delivery as per agreed timelines



Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android.

Professional experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps.

Have designed and delivered at least one app from scratch

Solid experience with commonly used 3rd party libraries and services

Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.

Basic understanding of backend databases - PostgreSQL

Familiar with Material Design Guidelines

Experience working with B2B SaaS apps is a bonus


