Shiva Dhawan is the CEO & Founder of Attentive.ai , leading its transformation into a SaaS innovator for construction and field services since 2017. An IIT Delhi Mechanical Engineering alum, he launched Automeasure (2021) and Beam AI (2023) with backing from Sequoia, Info Edge, Vertex, and Tenacity.

Rishabhjit Singh, Co-founder & CTO of Attentive, joined in 2019 and now leads engineering, CV, data, and cloud. He played a key role in building Automeasure. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi.

Shikhar Tripathi, CPO at Attentive, joined in 2020 and now leads product strategy across Beam AI and Automeasure. A Civil Engineering graduate from IIT Delhi, he evolved from growth to full-suite product leadership.

Harsh Singh, VP of Revenue at Attentive, joined in 2023 and now leads GTM for Beam AI. With a Mech Eng. degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Columbia, he aligns sales and customer success to drive growth.

Shawn Prince, President of Field Services at Attentive, joined in July 2022 as Head of Business Development. Now leading field services, he has driven Automeasure’s market traction and strategic partnerships. His leadership has been key to business growth and customer success. 

Sushovan is the Head of Marketing at Attentive.ai and leads global marketing strategy & execution for its AI Takeoff Software, Beam AI, and Automeasure.

Sufal Mahajan leads Customer Success at Attentive.ai. He brings together business development, customer success, and operations to get teams moving in the same direction, simplify how work gets done, and deliver results you can measure.

Harshit Khattar, Head of HR at Attentive, joined in October 2023. He leads the Employee Experience function, managing HR compliance, payroll, performance management, training, and onboarding. Harshit plays a key role in building a strong, people-centric culture and ensuring seamless HR operations across the company.

Yogesh Vats, Head of Finance at Attentive, joined in June 2024. A Chartered Accountant with a focus on startups and fundraising, he leads financial planning, compliance, and capital strategy. Yogesh plays a critical role in supporting Attentive’s growth journey with strong financial stewardship and investor alignment.
