Access & edit takeoffs requested by your team members on Automeasure
We understand the importance of collaboration, and to make it even easier for you, we’ve enhanced our Automeasure platform. Now, accessing and editing takeoffs within your team is a breeze.
Here’s how you can efficiently share and edit takeoffs submitted by someone else on your team:

Today, we'll learn how to share the takeoffs requested or submitted by team members with ourselves, how to access those takeoffs, and how to edit them on the Attentive AutoMeasure platform. We prioritize collaboration, making it effortless for you to access and adjust takeoffs within your team.Solet's begin. To start, navigate to Properties and click on Team. In the Team tab, as your properties load, all properties completed by your team will be displayed. avigate to the status icon where properties can be filtered by In Progress, Draft, Failed, eued, Resubmitted, Completed, and Canceled.Please note that only properties marked as In Progress or Completed can be shared. For this tutorial, I'll click on Completed. As the completed properties load, identify which one to share with yourself. For example, "Copy of Copy of Village and Main Street," a landscaping and snow property.To share, click on the share icon which indicates "Share Takeoff with Me." Upon clicking, a notification confirms that the takeoff has been successfully shared with you. Now, scroll up and click on the Shared with Me tab. Here you will find the shared property "Copy of Copy of Village and Main Street." Click on the property and wait for it to load.Once loaded, you can make any necessary changes or edits. To do so, click on Edit Takeoff to enable editing. The edit toolbar allows you to add or delete features as required. Additionally, you can export the property using a shareable link, PDF file, Excel file, JPEG, or take a screenshot. After making edits, turn off editing mode.Moving on to the second part of our tutorial focused on sharing folders. Return to the Team tab and click on Folders. Here, you'll see many folders. To share a folder with yourself, like the test folder, click on the share button which reads "Share Folder with Me." A prompt will confirm that the folder has been shared successfully.If you now click on the Shared with Me tab, the test folder will be visible. This concludes today's tutorial. - Navigate to the Team Page: Easily view all takeoff requests submitted by your team. Utilize the filter options to quickly locate completed or in-progress takeoffs by their status or simply search using the property address.
- Share the Takeoff: Click on the share icon next to the desired takeoff. Once shared, it will appear under your profile's "Shared with Me" tab.
- Edit Shared Takeoffs: Open the takeoff and enable editing. If the takeoff is not currently being edited by another user, you can immediately start adding or adjusting features as necessary.
- Sharing Folders: For broader collaboration, you can also share entire folders containing multiple takeoffs, ensuring that your team has all the necessary information at their fingertips.
This suite of features saves time and enhances your team's collaborative efforts, ensuring that everyone can contribute to and refine project details seamlessly.
